Vinyl: We install luxury vinyl in the entry, all hall ways, kitchen, nook and family room. (Vinyl is very durable especially if you have pets and its low maintenance. Countertops: We offer granite, quartz or marble. We have a very large selection for you to choose from. Cabinets: These can range in all colors from white, green, blue or a multitude of various colors. We offer a wide selection of paint colors available for the exterior and interior of your home. Different styles of sinks and hardware are also available. Each new homes in Tioga Texas offers three different elevations to select from, which can include brick or stone. Every lot size, up to ¼ acre, is completely sodded with a full sprinkler system and cedar fence. All of these things are available at your finger tips to select from.

When you decide to build a New Home in Tioga we will set with you and you will begin your selection process. We take our time with this step as it is very important that you are comfortable with all selections made. After selections are made we will price everything, at that time if you want to take away or add to your selections you can feel free to do so. When this step is complete we will complete your paperwork and send out for signatures. We will also send a copy to your Mortgage Company and the Title Company. We will wait for your loan approval before any work is started. Our construction time usually takes about 6 to 7 months, weather permitting. We will keep you informed the entire time we are constructing and will contact you to walk through the home at certain times, and you are welcome to contact us to walk through your home while it is under construction at your convenience.

We can meet at your home that is under construction or we can meet with you at our Model Home which is convenient to where you are building. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you as we know building a home is a very big deal and we want to make your experience as stress free and easy as possible. We are available to meet with you any day of the week Monday through Friday. We do have specific times when we are available as we have projects we are working on in several communities.

The reason why we keep in touch with you throughout construction of your new homes in Tioga Texas is that it is always better to communicate while things are in progress than wait until completion.
